Ahhh. I'm really confused and worried now!

My husband does not have (or need) an accountant for his job, because he
is not self-employed. He is an employee (i.e. on the books) of a
building firm as the carpenter.

Is there anyone who has successfully passed TRA as an employee rather
than a self-employed tradesperson who can shed any light on this?
