If you are under 30 you can get a Working Holiday Visa, which allows you
to stay for 12 months and work. There are restrictions on the type of
work and you can only stay in any one job for 3 months but it may be an
option to you?

For most other temporary visas that allow you to work, you must be
sponsored by an employer.
