TRA can take many months. However other skill assessments can be much
quicker, sometimes only a few weeks.

Incidentally in response to your earlier question, the criteria for
ENS/RSMS (especially ENS) are stricter compared to the 457 visa. Not
everyone who qualifies for 457 would also qualify for an ENS/RSMS
permanent visa.
