1. Did you indicate that you were going to lodge the 100k bond in your
original application?
2. There are no interviews with DIMIA. You might want to stay
contactable via email though, and if you change your contact details,
let DIMIA know.
3. You should not quit your job on the sole anticipation that you will
be migrating. If you read DIMIA's literature, that's always the
advice dished out. If you want to quit your job, do so after
considering your personal circumstances, including what if you are't
going to migrate. DIMIA does not require you to be employed after
your application has been lodged, but in reality, other
considerations need to be taken into account as well.
DIMIA may well do employment checks/verification, but I don't see any
reason why this should impact on your decision to quit or stay in
your company.
