Well, SMS alert received at 03:30 this morning. (Maybe not such a good
idea after all). I couldn't even be bothered getting out of bed to read
it as I knew what I was expecting. Checked it when I got up around 07:30
and sure enough it simply stated that I need to send a 1022 and "your
application continues being processed". Great. So what does that mean?
Another 16 months? No response to any of my questions regarding "what do
these internal checks entail?", "any idea how long they take?" etc. I
wasn't expecting any response to those obviously, so at least I wasn't
disappointed there.
Dave, yeah it was me who was told by KB that she would discuss my case
with the manager 3 weeks ago now. Nothing happened of course. They've
now had my AUD100K since 1st July... At this rate, I'll be able to
collect it as soon as I arrive! (12 month term)
ho hum. May as well fill out and post the 1022 then. I could do with a
walk anyway...
