Well, I've probably just blown my chances by filling in the complaints
form on the immi website. So fed up, I decided there was nothing to
loose. I pointed out that the charter states 12 months if applying from
the UK, so they will have to clear all pre-Julyers before releasing the
charter, or they will be breaking their own rules from day one.
