I sent an email to my CO and inquire about whether or not to sit for an
IELTS test again as I had 5.5 in reading, and 7.5, 6, 6 in remaining
modules. and the reply was:

" You will not get the competent marks in English unless you have 6 in
all modules. It may be a good idea if you do re-sit for an IELTS and try
to get competent marks."
