Unfortunately many agents take a shotgun approach (and often load the
wronmg shot in any case) rather than taking a strategic approach
tailored to the specifc circumstances of the client :-(
What is put in a skill assessment application and how it is put is
important, but so is what is not put in an application.
Certainly ditch the video because although it won't help it can hinder
if it shows technique that might be considered (correctly or not) less
than tradeperson-like - not that it would in your case of course.
