Cheers for this NIGENABBY;-)

From what I understand, Contributory Parent visa would entitle my dad to
be a perm resident from day one. Hence he would qualify to bring mum out
on a spouse visa?

Unless anyone can tell me otherwise?

I've already read the contributory parent visa doc from cover to
cover.....and to be honest, I don't think DIMIA would advertise this
"loophole";-)

Thanks again for your kind help m8. Much appreciated :-)

Is there anyone else out there that could answer me this technicality
from a legal standpoint?
Ohh...and NIGENABBEY...good luck to you peeps too!!!
