47sk is the application form for the visa for some classes - like 136 .
you can look at it at www.immi.gov.au , and download it, and read the
booklet 6 which is the book telling you how to fill it in.
Depending on what visa class you are applying for (Skilled independent,
State Nominated, etc) you'll need to fill this in at some point. It asks
for some specific information and forms like FULL birth certificates for
all kiddies and you and husband etc so - if you do need to do one, worth
printing out and doing a dry run then you can get the paperwork together
now rather than later.
