Being over carefull (over-kill) and pedantic myself, I would do anything
to get their attention, so if it were me, I would courier the above
mentioned form along with an attached letter stating that it is the
wrong visa class and not sure where the error came in and have been
trying to contact them but with no luck, so thought sending this form
may assist them, so please could they correct it urgently. That way - I
have official documentation as proof that I did try notify them, over
and above trying to contact them.
Then I would also continue trying to contact them in this regard.... but
I am no expert, just somebody that knows that my application is just one
in thousands and also know from experience with TRA that mistakes are
made and you need to do all that you can to get attention to correct the
mistakes...
That's just me...
