Hello and welcome!
There is lots of info on here on 457 visas - just do a search at the top
of the page. You don't need a medical for a 457 visa, and it takes
approx 4-8 weeks to get the visa. Do you know if the company will
sponsor you for a permanent visa once you arrive?
