Hi Sam,
IELTS can wait. Is the employer time clock controlled? Why can't he
sign them today? Or are you desperately trying to rack up six years?
Must have been an easier way. It's my great regret of 2005 that I
didn't meet you early enough to check out the CV .
If it's any help, current Minister is desperately slow at her technical
paperwork, so my guess is that any MODL changes will be in November.
