Hi,
Has your credit card been charged with the application fee? If they got
the money you are fine, but email them if you don't hear anything in 2-3
weeks. Explain the situation, date of delivery tracking number etc. They
should reply in a couple of days, if not just call them.
Don't forget you are a customer and you pay for the service.
I lodge my application 29th May, delivery 6th June and I got an email on
8the June with my file number and a screenshot about my receipt. The
date of the receipt was the delivery date.
