Hi All,

I would like to know if it is worth buying a 42 or 50 inch TV and
shipping it to Australia.

I am currently in the United arab emirates- Dubai and a 50inch Sony
projection TV would cost arount $3500, + shipping + insurance, etc...

what Would be the cost of TV's in Australia. I would appreciate if I
could have any links of australian TV dealers of stores, so I can
compare the prices

another question is all the TV sold in the UAE are multi system, will
this work in Australia as I read in some posts here that the standard's
are different, any leeds will be helpful.
