Slightly different for us as we didnt have an agent but I emailed our CO
and informed her that the medicals had been undertaken and were on the
way. They are happy to get updates of significant steps in the process
and this will almost certainly lead to a reply saying yes we have them
or no we wont. Best get in touch with your agent to see whther they have
any tricks.
The easiest way I would have thought is ask your Dr's receptionist who
will have the courier's receipt with the tracking number on it.
