Hi All,
I need your advise regarding my visa application for sub class 139. I
applied on 23rd May and got medical, PCC & AoS request today. My wife
got baby last week and her name is not on the application list at the
moment. I filled form 1022 and attached DoB Cert of baby and sent to
case officer by courier. My assurer booked appointment with Centrelink
on 25th Oct, 2005 for AoS interview. But letter for AoS does not contain
new baby name. Will I get new letter for Aos when Case Officer will
recieve form 1022 (with new baby details) or my assurer should go ahead
with interview using letter without baby's name. Same advise I want for
medical, should I just take baby for medical or wait for CO letter
first. How long usually CO take to send ammended letter. I will much
appreciate your help and advise.
