1. Booklet 6 refers to the same amount of experience / references
required for a 136 visa application which I have applied for. 8 Years
of references sounds ample to suit the requirements.
2. I'm an IT contractor (Project Manager) and ACS were fine with
receiving client references as I run my own company.
