Indeed that does change everything :-)
If it's a medical issue and you're waiting for a waiver/concession then
it could take a very long time and I certainly wouldn't be suggesting
you contact the business unit, assuming your agent has handled
everything carefully up to now. Essentially you're asking them to do
you a big favour so you can't afford to push...
