Varies from Country to country and within the country where there are
more than one appointed doctors - I remember that in the UK a doctor in
Wrexham used to do medical and x-ray and blood test for about £60
whereas most of the UK was closer to £200, with 5 or 6 in the family
clients were travelling down from Scotland to Wales for their medicals
(no slur meant against the Scots)
