How this situation effects to the PR VISA? Posted on: Fri, 07 Oct 2005 01:08:13 +0000

I am the primary applicant and my wife is included in it. Assuming we
both get the PR under STNI, what would be the situation of frequently
going in/out from Australia.
In our case, my wife will have to finish her degree in Bangkok so that
she will be needed to travel frequently in and out of Australia during
the first year after obtaining the PR VISA.

1. Can this be done?
2. Will this effect to her PR VISA?
3. If so, any options we should consider before applying to avoid the
above problem.

- Please note that we do not want to apply her PR later to avoid paying
the application fee twice.
