JAJ...If you are implying we intend to do something illegal then you
obviously do not know me or my family. Frankly I find your assumptions
offensive.
I am asking the legal stance on these questions so that WE can make up
our own mind as to what WE want to do LEGALLY.
To answer your question as to what my parents would say on entering Aus.
I was hoping their response would be
"we have a bridging visa and we intend to apply for the contributory
parent visa whilst in Aus"
I presume from your response that such a bridging visa is not available.
My parents do not, and will not, do anything to jeopardise their chance
of gaining a visa. We are not that stupid. You are being presumptuous.
They certainly will not enter Aus under the circumstances you are
implying.
