They usually reckon it takes 10 working days for something delivered to
ASPC to get onto the file and case officer's desk - so you may be lucky
and get a response. Responses seem to take anything from 2 weeks to 2
months. Any longer than 2 months and a follow0up Email is definitely
warranted.
