Form 47SK requires that you declare *all* convictions, including those
'spent' under the law of another country.

If a motoring offence went to court, it must be declared.

Fixed penalty speeding tickets issued by a police offier are not
regarded as criminal convictions, however court convictions for motoring
offences are.
