have you read this info that JAJ has just sent,. if not then read it.
she has no right to ask you for this beacasuse you are the sole
parent. The form 1229 however she can ask you for but if you read that
it just says that you need proff of being a sole parent and all I have
got is a letter from my solicitor saying that I am and that he has
never made no agreement in court. The ruling is for the country where
you are coming out from.
read the stuff JAJ has just sent send her a copy and she has no grounds,
then go to the top if ou have to
