i agree with all the good advice already given, seek the best
professional advice for starters.
we too are going through the courts. my kids are actually older 15 and
17 and do want to go to aus, and we arent planning on moving until
theyve both finished school. i feel that their age is significant as
their choices will be listened too. your child at 9 and this may be a
different story, especially has he does have regular contact.
we go to court for our first hearing in 2 weeks and already its cost us
almost a thousand pounds and could go on until the end of march!
i've actually listened to people on here and have actually woken up to
the idea of the CSA but also have got one of the best family law
solicitors as recommended by jeremy.
