Can anyone tell me if there is a way of taking an Aussie loan out to pay
the bond, then pay the interest on the loan whilst it is tied up in the
bond. Its a friends of mine that would need to sell thier house to
lodge the bond money and he was looking for alternatives other than
rushing to sell thier house.
