Hi,
In our case, my husband's sister is the sponsor. Here's the url.

http://www.immi.gov.au/migration/skilled/rqmnts_doc/br_sponsor_3.htm#eta

Evidence to attach to your sponsorship application

All sponsors need to include evidence of their Australian citizenship,
permanent resident status or proof that they are an eligible New
Zealand citizen.

If your sponsor is an Australian citizen, you will need to provide a
certified copy of their citizenship certificate or, if born in
Australia, a full, certified copy of their birth certificate.

If your sponsor is an Australian permanent resident, you will need to
provide a certified copy of their visa, their passport personal
particulars page and their visa grant letter if available.

If your sponsor is an eligible New Zealand citizen, they do not need to
provide any documentary evidence unless they hold a certificate issued
under the Social Security Act 1991. Sponsors falling under this category
should submit a certified copy of this certificate.

If your sponsor claims to live in a designated area they will need to
provide documents to prove that they have lived in a designated area for
one year or longer, and continue to live in a designated area, at the
time the sponsorship is signed. Documents may include, but are not
limited to:

* property titles
* leases
* bills, such as telephone, gas, electricity bills that show a date
and the sponsor's address

You will also need to provide documents that demonstrate your
relationship to your sponsor. Documents which can demonstrate
this include:

* birth certificates
* marriage certificates
* family registers
* school records

Cheers
Anya
