Yes this would need to be done in front of a notary. I'm not 100% this
is the correct thing to do, but in my case it did work, we weren't with
an agent. I can't how else you could do it.
Try emailing your CO now, they will pick it up first thing on Monday.
You can ring then on Monday (If no email reply), at least then the CO
will know what you are talking about.
