If you went to a UK university, then you can apply for your transcript
to the university. For example, my husband graduated from what is now
Plymouth University in 1984. We applied to them for his transcript, paid
a fee and a few weeks later got it.

If you went to a UK uni/poly have a look on their website. It'll tell
you the procedure (and fee) for getting a transcript.

Good luck.
