good point

when George gets back to me (to be fair, we'll give him 24 hours eh?
;) ) I'll update this thread and let you all know what his
suggestion would be.

At the end of the day, I'd prefer the extra 5 points as a safety buffer,
but it may just be easier & less risky to go for the Civil Engineer
route instead.
