Don't worry - You know whatmost kids that age are like - live for today
and put things off.I expect if he's anything like our daughter it will
seem more real to him when the meds are done and he'll realise that this
could actually happen-and that most probably he won't want to be left
behind.As for us i'm keeping everything crossed until that plane has
taken off and there are five of us on the flight!
Perhaps you should get him to join this site and maybe talk to a few
others that have been in this situation?Good luck,Diane
