If you are asking for advice on a forum such as this on a family matter
which will always be personal to you and no body else. Be prepared for
people to expect an 18 year old to stand on their own two feet. If it
is your dream to go to Australia only follow it if you are prepared to
leave some family members behind such as your son who wants to stay in
the UK. No doubt you will return from Australia after a couple of
months because you are missing him. Don't expect everybody to be
sympathetic to you as other people have problems as well, they just
don't air them on the internet
