A point to note is that In Australia, Justices of the Peace cannot
legally certify a certified true copies. There's also nothing wrong
with photocopying documents on your own, and then getting a competent
person to certify the photocopies as true copies. The person certifying
the documents don't have to photocopy the originals him or herself.

Back to the OP's main question: You'll have to send a certified true
copy, not a certified copy of a certified copy (which isn't legal).
