You can download the medical forms and book an appointment with a panel
doctor. the panel doctor should then send them direct to AHC London -
you can talk some into giving them back to you.
Your wife and son are not applicants for a visa so only you need the
health checks.
Apply for the visa asap, AHC are quick to process. The sooner you sort
your medicals and police clearance, the sooner your visa can be granted
- no need to send medical clearances with the visa application but no
harm in attending to them before being requested to by AHC.
