That is a bummer! I took the IELTS just as a precaution, as I left
school without sitting an English exam (silly me!). If you haven't
already done so, I'd recommend ordering the IELTS practice pack to work
through in preparation for the exam. I scored 8.5 overall out of a total
of 9, which is rather embarrassing, given I'm English!
There was a thread on here late last year that Professional Princess
started about IELTS - I think that has the link in it to order the
practice material from IELTS.
