Your case first gets allocated to a particular Region in date of
acknowledgement order in either the Priority queue or the non-priority
queue. You can usually extract the info as to which Region is
processing you ( from the enquiry line people) say 2 months after you
have applied.

It is important to get the exact date of application from the copy of
the Acknowledgement Email as there may have been a delay in postage/
courier or the agent may have delayed lodging the application.
