DHL hassles Posted on: Wed, 15 Feb 2006 12:24:45 +0000 (UTC)

Hi,
I may be worrying about nothing, but our PCCs were couriered to
Adelaide last week. The DHL tracking went quiet for about 4 days, and
then a note to say that they had been signed for appeared as if by
magic - for a date 4 days prior, and earlier in the day! The timeline
went like this....

February 09, 2006 09:57 Arrived at DHL facility in Adelaide
(updated online Feb 9th)
February 09, 2006 13:50 With delivery courier (updated online Feb
9th)
February 09, 2006 10:31 Shipment delivered (updated online Feb
13th)

Has anyone has had anything like this before? Is it feasible for the
docs to have been delivered before they were with the courier, i.e. is
this a quirk of how they do their scanning/tracing?

DHL have been friendly, polite, and useless. They can't tell me
anything I can't see for myself online.

CO hasn't responded to my question about whether it has arrived on his
desk or not.

Now wondering whether to get new checks done or not!

Tim
