Exactly the same has happened to me. DHL picked mine up monday before
last and the trail went dead thursday 13:50 Aus time. I emailed both
interparcel and DHL on friday - no reply from either. So this monday I
ring DHL and they gave me some story about problems with the scanners in
Aus but this is not stated on website. Got a crap email tea-time monday
stated I should just keep checking with the website.

I waited until @ 10pm and called DHL Adelaide number and spoke to
someone in Brisbane, he contacted Adelaide and sorted it, confirmed my
PCC's delivered thursday and assured me the website would be updated in
next 24 hours. apparently DHL have been using outside couriers and they
don't have scanners.

My tracker also has a earlier delivery time than courier pick up time:

February 06, 2006 15:24 Liverpool - UK Shipment picked up
February 06, 2006 17:40 Liverpool - UK Departing origin
February 06, 2006 19:13 Liverpool - UK Departed from DHL facility
in Liverpool - UK
February 06, 2006 21:13 East Midlands - UK Arrived at DHL facility
in East Midlands - UK
February 06, 2006 22:52 East Midlands - UK Departed from DHL
facility in East Midlands - UK
February 07, 2006 01:19 London-Heathrow - UK Arrived at DHL
facility in London-Heathrow - UK
February 09, 2006 06:32 Melbourne - Australia Departed from DHL
facility in Melbourne - Australia
February 09, 2006 09:57 Adelaide - Australia Arrived at DHL
facility in Adelaide - Australia

February 09, 2006 13:50 Adelaide - Australia With delivery courier

February 09, 2006 10:37 Adelaide - Australia Shipment delivered
