Hi Everyone

We emigrated to Oz on an Skilled Sponsored Visa April 2005.

We returned to England in July 2005, due to personal problems.

We are comtemplating returning to Oz in 2 years time after our eldest
daughter has completed her English Exams.

What are the restrictions on this? Considering that we have been back
in England for 6 months now? Will it involve a residents return visa or
a new application?

We are considering al options.
