'With assesor' means exactly that, if you receive a result before it
has changed to 'case finalised' it is just because your case has not
been updated on the tracking site to indicate finalisation. To say to
someone that it means your result is on its way can cause unnecessary
worry to an individual that does not receive the results before there
case has changed to 'case finalized'. Some assesors are slow at
updating that is all. Glen is completely correct in what he says.
Most people however, do receive the decision before the system has
been updated.
