My opinion would be that you should go for the 136 MODL application as
they are fast-tracked. You are taking a small risk that the MODL could
change and you would be out 15 points, but if my occupation had been on
the MODL when I applied I would have chosen that over the 139. You avoid
the CentreLink issues with the AoS and the trouble of lining up an
assurer. 136 MODL is much simpler and way faster than a 138.
