George&Kim,
Really? I had a phone conversation with an embassy employee this
February, who told me that the 'special circumstances' do include being
apart due to visas running out.
How far have you got with it yet?
I've been with my partner 2 years, in total we lived together about 8
months and I'm trying to get over there in May for another 6 on a
tourist visa, but by then we'll have a new 5 months 'gap'. *sigh*
