Hi,
my advice might not be worth much, but i'll give it anyway!! My hubby
had the same problem with his old company going bust, so he filled out a
Statutory Declaration form which we got off our agent with the details,
his job etc. All we had to do then was to get a solicitor to sign and
witness it, cost us £5.00! BARGAIN
