Subject: RRV - is it a problem? Posted on: Wed, 22 Mar 2006 08:08:06 +0000

Hi all,

This is my first post here but, like many other, I am a regular lurker.
Here is my story.

Me and my family (wife and two sons) have our PR visas (136) which
expire in Jan 08. We have not moved over yet but plan to do that in
early 07 though. Assuming we are able to do that, will it be difficult
to get a RRV visa after Jan 08 when we want to visit our rellies back
home or to go on a vacation somewhere? I read somewhere that one has to
prove his/her "love" for Australia to get a RRV. And how do you do
that? The fact that one is living and working there with family - is it
not enough?

This RRV has got me thinking. Help please !

Cheers,
IWonder
