Hi HH,
Don't forget due to the Commenwealth games Daylight saving changes in
Adelaide a week later than the UK:
9am = 10:30pm now
9am = 11:30pm next week
9am = 12:30am after 2nd April (Zzzzzzz!)
We tried at 9am their time and got through after 10 minutes of "Men-At-
Work" and "Crocodille Dundee" theme on the hold music (or so my
wife claims!)
The guy we had was really helpful, told us our region and gave us a
rough estimate of 2 weeks for a CO (he was spot on in fact to the day)
