Hi Baz,

The LCU is in Sydney, you can get their details from here
http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/local_clearance_unit.htm The e-mail
address is near the bottom of the page.

Just ask them to confirm receipt of your medicals and they will then
either tell you they are being proccessed / have been finalised etc. If
they have been finalised then at least you know they are with your CO
and that you are just waiting for your grant letter.

I'm not sure about how much backlog there is, but they do seem to be
taking a few weeks more than usual, not a great amount of time so don't
worry too much.

I know how frustrating it is waiting for that e-mail to come, I had to
wait over xmas and I still checked the e-mails every day !!.
