Hi Dolly,
If your sponsor is a married aunt, you'll need her birth certificate and
her marraige certificate plus your mum/dad's birth certificate to show
they both had the same parents... If your sponsor is your mum's sister
then you'll also need your mum's marriage certificate. This shows why
your mum and sister will have different surnames. If that makes sense???
