Hello Leomoon,
My ACS application took just over 40 days, late last year. However I
had an acknowledgement email with a username and password to check their
site for progress information almost immediately and my credit card was
charged within a day or so of them receiving the application.
It sounds to me like maybe your application didn't arrive. How did you
or your agent send it to Australia? Do you have any proof that they
received it? Try emailing the ACS directly providing your details and
approximate delivery date, I'm sure they'll be responsive to your
questions, they generally are.
