Thanks for all your replies i have now got an appointment in june with
the immigration people in june when i go back to see my fiance so
hopefully with there help i can find a way to sorting this out as soon
as possible.

My fiance has spoken to them about the situation and they said if we
both go and see them they will tell us our options so fingers crossed
